Friends, this is as high a grade Bigfoot as you are ever going to see.
This was truly Six Million Dollar Man at its best. The legendary two-part episode (Season 3, Episode 16, original Part 1 air date February 1, 1976) "The Secret of Bigfoot" featured great NoCal scenery, a towering Bionic Bigfoot constructed by aliens to protect them, and a legendary battle between Bionic Bigfoot and Colonel Austin during which Steve-O rips off one of the beast's arms. Lee Majors and crew did not get any better than that. Oh, and guess who played the Bionic Bigfoot? Andre the Giant! You've got legends all over the place here.
The subject Kenner Bionic Bigfoot has his all-important ORIGINAL chest plate, which works and stays in well, and the sticker underneath, which is vibrant. No paint loss. The end of his nose is NOT missing its paint (contrary to the condition of 80% of the Bionic Bigfoots out there -- because of the flesh-painted face over base dark brown molded plastic, most of them have a severely dinged nose if they were played with for five minutes), and his eyes and mouth are clear and ding free. There is essentially no play wear. Great color in his hair, body, face, head and limbs, and he has nice gloss. He looks great and stands and poses very well; his limbs are tight as they were when he rolled out of the plant in Cincinnati 42 years ago. Original, tight, rubber band holding his arms on, with clean, white nylon shoulder looos. Basically, this is a brand new, fresh from the box, Bigfoot. High grade Bigfoot, which, along with the loose one we have, is higher grade than any we've ever had, and most we've ever seen.
The box has nice gloss and color, but does have some shelf wear, creasing, and a small amount of discreet tape stabilization. The cello window is new, as the original had been torn. As original, though.
And please be sure to check out our other Six Million Dollar kit. More stuff to be listed!
