Capitol 5112 I Want To Hold Your Hand (The West coast copies for this original issue are much scarcer than the East coast copies) I Saw Her Standing There 01-13-64
A few small scratches,and the picture sleeve has wear on the left and right and bottom where the 45 peeks out, normal as we know for records that were played.
This is the West Coast Version. It is original release for sure, January 13, 1964.

Look at the label link. You can tell which version and release by how the label is printed (some off to the left, the lines how they are printed etc). And by the sleeve. The West Coast has a notch out of the top where you see the record, the East Coast has just a straight edge
