Just an FYI with USPS ground shipping. Their delivery date is just an estimate, so if you need to make sure the item is shipped on a specific date you will need to advise us of this. Here is the outline from the USPS website on estimated deliveries:

We have had issues with the USPS ground taking 3 or more days past the estimated date. Once the package leaves our office, we have no control over the shipping time, unless it is shipped priority express (which will be a significant change in shipping price of course).
