1987 Hasbro GI Joe Raptor ARAH, With Falcon, Good Paint, Joints and O Ring. Falcon's feet are repaired with Sugru. I would not take it on and off his wrist a lot. Sugru is good stuff and as you cam see it will hold on his arm no problem, but if you play with it, it might not last as long. All you need is Raptor's cape.
