1987 Hasbro GI Joe COBRA Mamba Driver, Gyro Viper complete with helmet. His O Ring, lower body, and elbows are nice and tight. His shoulder and neck joints are loose, as I didn't want to overstress the backscrew and strip it out. Anyway, paint is excellent, including on his helmet.
