1983 Hasbro GI Joe Gung Ho Complete With Backpack, Grenade Launcher, and File Card, Tight, ARAH. His chest tattoo of the EGA is pretty well flawless. Excellent face paint, excellent wrist watch paint, and otherwise quite nice looking. Super tight O ring and joints, though his right knee is looseish. He does have a repaired crotch (Bouncin' Betty blew his balls off), and his grenade launcher is accessory pack. But go ahead, knock him for it, watch him stomp your guts out.
