1986 GI Joe Cobra Strato Viper, Cobra Night Raven Pilot, Complete With File Card, Hasbro ARAH. Awesome paint (look at that silver), good O ring, and super tight joints. Aside from a couple miniscule paint flecks, This pilot is as close to flawless as you can get. I'd say he's a 9.5 (or even a 10).
